These terms cover using this site and buying the Eye Opening Dry Eye Toolkit. The short version: it is a $29 digital guide you get instantly, you can have your money back within 30 days for any reason, and it is education rather than medical care.

What you are buying

The Eye Opening Dry Eye Toolkit costs $29 USD. It is a digital product, so there is nothing to ship. Payment is processed by Stripe, and you get access immediately after checkout on the confirmation page, which includes your protocol, the guide for your dry eye type, and our recommended products.

Save or bookmark that confirmation page. If you lose it, email us and we will send it again.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how quickly it appears, usually within a few business days.

What this is, and what it is not

Eye Opening is educational. The quiz, the guides, and the protocol are built to help you understand what may be driving your symptoms and what people in your situation commonly try.

They are not medical care. We do not diagnose you, we do not treat you, and nothing here is a promise that your symptoms will improve. Dry eye has many causes, some of which need an eye care professional. If your symptoms are severe, getting worse, or come with vision changes or pain, see one.

Always talk to a qualified professional before starting or stopping any treatment, and do not delay getting care because of something you read here.

How you may use the toolkit

When you buy the toolkit we give you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. Please do not resell it, republish it, or share your copy publicly. You are welcome to print it and to show it to your own eye care professional.

Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.

If we change these terms we will update this page and change the date at the top. Your purchase is governed by the terms that were in place on the day you bought.
